Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I've been agonizing over rhinoplasty for over 10 years... choosing a clinic is hell

I've been thinking about rhinoplasty for over 10 years, looking around here and there, and every year I went to consultations at at least 3-4 clinics specializing in noses. But the consultations were always satisfying and everything seemed really good, but there was never a place that gave me that strong “this is it!” feeling, so I just kept worrying and putting it off until now. Now I really feel like I can't delay it any longer, so I'm working even harder to research online and visit clinics, and I'm going to consultations properly again... But this time, the more I go, the harder it gets. You know, like a balance game...? Whenever I went to consultations before, I always listened, asked questions, and took notes like I was studying for a major class. So now I've already thought through my vibe, the design that suits me, the surgical method, materials, etc., so consultations are much easier... but sometimes a clinic finds and points out things beyond what I had thought of, so I really think you need to go to multiple consultations. This time I felt even more deeply that each doctor’s aesthetic sense, surgical method, improvement approach, and skill can be so different.. The day before yesterday and yesterday, I went to consultations at 3 clinics famous for noses. Among famous places, I excluded large clinics and only considered clinics with 3 doctors or fewer.. An anesthesiology specialist must be on-site. I filtered out any places that had uneasy issues, or places that were talked about because their response to side effects was poor.. I considered places where, even if side effects occurred, the response was decent.. I also excluded places that seemed like they would drive me crazy with long waiting times after surgery. And I place a lot of importance on staff training and tone of speech, professionalism and understanding, attitude, and response, so when I researched reviews or made reservations, if the response over the phone alone felt disappointing or lacking.. I excluded that place from the start. So wherever I went, the attitude and service were good and kind. But because all the clinics I like are like this, it's even more confusing.. Like some kind of balance game, each one has clear pros and cons. Clinic A -They understood my needs accurately, and I was satisfied with the improvement plan and aesthetic sense -I agree with the aftercare, follow-up, and improvement method, and the surgical process is nice.. -I always ask how many surgeries they do in a day, and the doctor personally manages their own condition well -The aesthetic sense itself is really good, and people who have surgery there are highly satisfied.. Even if inflammation & side effects occur, they don't act like it's not their problem and take responsibility until the end (I confirmed this through a review written by someone who had surgery at that clinic, and I felt it during the consultation too) However, -Even though the design I'm pursuing is honestly a bit difficult to achieve with my nose, and I understand my limitations, this was the only doctor who confidently said the design I want could come out.. So I'm a bit torn... Is it really possible? I'd actually prefer it if they said it's difficult or impossible if it is, but their attitude made it seem like they could improve it the way I want.. (to the point where I hope it's true) Clinic B -A reality check; the place that shattered my limitations and ideal vision for my nose A highly objective and realistic doctor -Someone who made me recognize my limits and said it couldn't be improved beyond that -Seems like someone with very strict self-management.. -Free postoperative swelling & laser support -Has a good aesthetic sense.. However, There are quite a lot of things that are impossible.. When I show the design I want, they keep explaining that it can't come out that way, so it gradually gets farther from my needs.. They are extremely detailed and careful, so the surgery would be safe, but I wonder whether my satisfaction would really be high.. Clinic C -Like a really accurate fortune-teller, to the point where I thought they were almost uncanny, they understood my needs precisely and pointed out exactly what needed improvement even without me saying it. And they said the same thing Clinic B said was difficult was indeed difficult, but even so, there was a way to improve it, and while listening to that explanation, I was honestly amazed that such a method really existed.. It felt like things opened up. -It's not famous for nothing.. A place where I came to acknowledge the experience and skill -Realistically suggested a way to match my needs and desired design as much as possible -However, among the three, the aftercare is average, and among the three, the staff are the coldest.. The consultation was clean and clear, then they quickly left(?), and it was the only consultation where I felt slightly scolded.. All three consultations were so good and I got a good feeling from all of them, but their colors are all so different that when I organized and listed what I felt, it seems really hard.ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I want to hear everyone's opinions on which clinic you think you'd choose, and I want to talk about it
