I visited after watching YouTube. First of all, the doctor wasn’t exceptionally kind, but he explained things in detail so I could understand why certain things couldn’t be done and what the best option was. There was absolutely no excessive encouragement to have surgery, to the point that the conclusion was almost that it would be better not to operate on me. If only the reviews had appealed to me a little more, I think I would have chosen it.
