There was a surgical method using external incisions that I had never seen anywhere else, so I got a consultation. It seemed like a hospital specialized in bulbous noses. External incisions can definitely reduce nose size, but the scar is still a concernㅠㅠ A friend also said that even if the scar fades, it would annoy them every time they looked in the mirror, and they’d probably want to wear makeup even at home..ㅎㅎ It seems like they reduce the tip without an implant, but from the side the line didn’t seem to come out pretty. I’m torn between the scar and the line, but other than that, it seems like they do the surgery well. But they say everything is possible.. and if someone says another doctor did it this way, they put that person’s skill down. It feels like they think only they are good. They do an external incision here even though other places usually avoid it because of scars.. you have to manage the scar yourself, so choose carefully.
