The consultation manager is kind. They also seem to know quite a lot about surgeries. The doctor is neither kind nor unkind; they are businesslike. They answer questions well, but they’re always busy, so... it feels like they only say exactly what they need to say. The nurses in the operating room are kind to me, but maybe they don’t get along with each other or something... while I was having surgery, I kept feeling awkward for no reason. Honestly, I’m not very satisfied with the surgical result. The director says the result is good, but I’m not sure. The surgery took very, very long, and the swelling and bruising seem to last unusually longer than with my previous surgeries.
