The consultation was very kind and thorough. They tried their best to match what I wanted. They clearly said what could be done and what couldn’t be done, and answered every question in detail. The consultation manager was also very kind, and in many ways it was a consultation I liked, but I didn’t feel like this was the only place I had to go, so in the end I had the surgery somewhere else. Still, if I could turn back time, I think it would have been nice to have the surgery here.
