The manager was kind. The doctor looked a little tired, but the consultation was done kindly and thoughtfully. I was worried about a prominent double eyelid and scarring, and they told me that given the structure of my eyes and the quality of my skin, some of that would inevitably remain, and that if they made it too weak there was a risk it would come undone. So they recommended operating only on my right eye, which was the thicker one and causing concern. I felt that the consultation was realistic and honest. Because prices are set by level, it was a fixed-price system, and since I was a revision case I was level 2, but because I was only doing one eye I was priced as level 1.
