Consultation went in the order: manager -> doctor -> manager
When I told the manager what surgery I wanted, the doctor based the consultation on that They did not do a CT scan, did not even touch my nose, and just looked from a distance and said it was asymmetric The doctor’s consultation lasted less than 5 minutes and was explained with a drawing They showed me before-and-after photos and asked if I had any questions When I asked questions, the answers were curt, but not to the point of being unpleasant The doctor seemed very confident and has a good reputation, so I want to have surgery here But I am worried because it feels like there is zero communication with the patient
The manager was extremely kind It was the kind of kindness that makes me want to have the procedure here just because of the manager
I was told there is no aftercare (?) It was not explained clearly They said there are no side effects and that they would take responsibility if problems arise, but they would not state it definitively, which is bothering me
