Two years ago, I had double eyelid surgery with partial incision and ptosis correction.
The surgery was done to lift the upper lashes, which were extending straight downward, and to raise the lash-bearing eyelid.
But on the day of surgery, when I told the doctor that I really hoped they would pay attention to my eyelashes, they looked at me with a confused expression, as if to say they had no idea what I meant, and said, "The eyelashes?" ㅜㅜ
I was anxious, but since it was the day of surgery, I said it again, and they replied, "Ah, of course, they do get lifted a little." They seemed to have forgotten everything we discussed during the consultation..ㅜㅜ
They had said they would make it an in-line, but it turned out to be an out-line. What’s interesting is that the left and right sides are uneven, but the height is matched, which feels so strange. After the swelling went down, I took photos and looked closely, and the left eye had the incision extended all the way to the front part, so it looks deeper, but the right eye only had the incision go to the middle of the eye, so the rest folds along with the crease, making only the front part much thicker and giving it a look that gradually relaxes toward the outer side.
I’m planning to go to ㅇㅅㅇㄹㅁㅇ soon to remove the fat from the eyelid area and correct the sausage-like double eyelids, while only fixing the front part of the right eye!
+ The eyelash problem has been solved to some extent. Before surgery, my eyelashes used to poke my eyes every day or get trapped in the front or back, but now it happens fewer than 10 times a year.
+ I went back to that clinic for a consultation because I wanted a canthoplasty, and they said that both the manager and the doctor have now been replaced.
