(I had double eyelid surgery in my second year of high school, and now I’m in my mid-20s) My friend got double eyelid surgery and became so pretty, so I had double eyelid surgery at the same place my friend went to. After my first double eyelid surgery, my right eye drooped, so I went back to the place where I had it done, and they said it seemed like I had ptosis.. When I had the consultation, they never said anything about ptosis, but they said they’d do an after-service revision and told me to pay only the suture fee, so I did it again, and my right eye drooped again.. The director started talking nonsense, asking if I wasn’t lifting my eyelid too much because I wore contact lenses, then recommended another revision. I was young and thought what he said was true, so I trusted him with it.. and it ended up like this again.. When I went back to the director, he said he didn’t know why it happened, asked if maybe I hadn’t managed it well, shifted the blame to me, and then said he wasn’t confident he could do another revision. He kept saying, “Why is this happening?” and then listed hospitals good at revision surgery.. Ah, I really wanted to die.. I went to consultations at several places to fix my asymmetrical eyes, but they rejected me, saying that if I had another revision, my eyelids might not close properly, so they couldn’t do the revision...ㅜㅜ I should have just lived as I was from the beginning.
