The photos really won’t upload I had non-open rhinoplasty with 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage, and I really liked it for 1 year after the nose surgery, but fluid kept collecting and filling up, so I drained it and it filled again about 4 times. I got stressed and removed it, but even after removal, fluid collected a few more times, and now it seems okay sigh.. But I feel like there’s a slight smell from my nose It’s a bit stressful, but the smell only happens when I make a certain expression. Do I have sinusitis And personally, I only removed the nasal silicone. At first I couldn’t get used to it, but now when I look at old photos, somehow I think it looks better after removing the silicone.... really.. If you’re curious about photos, please leave a comment.
