(They said the inside was so damaged that it was almost at the level of reconstruction.) My rhinitis too. I am very cautious about recommending a clinic, but if you must get rhinoplasty, go to an otolaryngology specialist. Because the nose is genuinely a complex organ... They say the reason rhinoplasty so often ends up needing revision is that, among plastic surgeons, there are not many who have extensively seen and experienced the nose as an organ all the way inside and can do it safely and well. This doctor has done only nasal surgery for decades, so the level of experience is different from the start. I did not use ear cartilage either, and everything was resolved with the septum inside the nose. It was expensive, and there were no cash events, same-day events, review events, or anything like that. Still, rather than having your first surgery go wrong and needing revision, do it here. The insurance payout was pretty good too. Oh, and after surgery, there was genuinely almost no pain, and it hurt less than double-eyelid surgery.
