When I asked whether donated rib cartilage wouldn't be possible, the director said they don't handle donated rib cartilage and that autologous costal cartilage is much better, so I decided to use autologous costal cartilage, thinking this would be my last surgery. Also, because both nasal alae were different and the right side looked bigger when viewed from the front, I additionally proceeded with nasal ala lifting surgery ! In conclusion, I'm extremely satisfied ..
