Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Review 1 year and 1 month after MISKO treatment

First of all, I’m not a broker, and I just newly signed up this time and am collecting points to level up ㅠㅠ If you ask, I’ll tell you the clinic and the cost. I’m not a broker.. I had a nasal bridge, but my nasal tip drooped a little and was blunt, so the typical bulbous nose was really stressful for meㅠㅠ I had heard a lot that surgery was too dangerous, and I was so scared of side effects like contracture and all that. Since I’m a student, I didn’t have enough time or money, so I mainly looked into procedures. There were so many, like MISKO, HIKO, etc. I judged that MISKO was a procedure that suited my nose better than HIKO, so after searching hard through plastic surgery cafes, I went ahead with it. At the clinic I went to, the manager..? Is that what I should call her? Anyway, she did the first consultation, and first of all she was very pretty lololol She had a slightly strong presence so I couldn’t ask a lot of questions, but she kindly drew pictures and explained everything thoroughly. She said filler can’t raise the nasal tip and is dangerous, so they use dissolvable threads like in HIKO/MISKO to lift the nasal tip. After the consultation with the manager, I met the director, and I was surprised because he spoke casually as soon as he saw me, but he carefully looked at my face step by step and pinpointed my complexes. Kind of like a real grandfather vibe..? He also told me to do nostril reduction together, saying my nostrils were a little asymmetric and it would correct that too. Then I went back to the manager for the cost consultation. But why was it so expensive for a procedureㅠㅠ sob sob As a part-time-job person, I handed my crumpled bundle of cash to the manager, and somehow she seemed to feel sorry for me lololol But she didn’t give me a discount ㅠ hing. Ah, still, because I had the procedure the same day, I got 50,000 won off! Anyway, they said they would do nostril reduction too if I paid 300,000 won more, so I agonized over it a lot, but I didn’t even have that money, so I just did MISKO. It’s a procedure where they lift the nasal tip with threads and fill the nasal bridge with filler. Because I wanted it to last a long time, I chose a 2-year filler. When I asked about the duration, they said the MISKO thread that raises the nasal tip lasts up to 1 year and starts dissolving from 6 months.. Since it was my first procedure.... and I’m very scared... I got on the operating table and was so scared, like I had become some kind of test subject, and I still can’t forget that moment. Yes, I’m a coward ㅠㅠ sob I was that scared even with a procedure, so what will I do when I have surgery later.. Anyway, first they wiped inside my nose with cold cotton (I got needlessly nervous that a ton of boogers would come out), and after removing my nose hair too, I got anesthetic injections in my nose... It hurt insanely badly. I had still prided myself on tolerating pain well, but it tingled all the way to my fingertips and a cry came out on its ownㅠㅠ Anyway, after the nasal anesthesia, I heard a crackling sound, maybe because they were inserting the thread into the nasal tip, and maybe thanks to the anesthesia, I didn’t feel anything at all until the filler injection.. After the procedure, there was a scab? like a mole on the nasal tip, so they put regeneration tape on it. When I looked in the mirror, because of some swelling, the nasal tip was really lifted and the nasal bridge was bam!!! It was so fascinating.. The nurse said it would gradually become more natural as the swelling went down, but I was excited even because it looked higher lolol They gave me a paper with MISKO exercise instructions and a cold pack. It was an exercise where you put a cotton swab inside the nose and lift upward, and they said it increases the maintenance period. So I got medication prescribed, wore a mask, chatted with a friend at a cafe, and went home. After that, every day I diligently did cold compresses and MISKO exercises. I work part-time at an academy, so I said I had a cold and went to work wearing a mask, but no one noticed I had had anything done. I even coughed on purpose lolol It’s been a long time so I don’t remember the exact number of days, but maybe after five days? I removed the tape, wore makeup, and went around as usual. Since it was a procedure, there wasn’t a dramatic change, but my nose really became higher, and the nasal tip became slimmer, so I was satisfied. For a few months, when brushing my teeth, laughing, or pressing my lips together after applying tint, I felt pulling in the nasal tip. People I hadn’t seen in a while said something had changed and asked if I had gotten something injected. I was needlessly scared I’d get rumored as a plastic surgery monster over something like that.. so I lied and said I had rhinitis surgery and was still swollen.. My friends seemed to go along with it, and I brushed everything off that way. Currently the nasal tip threads have really all dissolved, and the nasal bridge filler is still alive and well. I used to lift my head and look under my nose in the mirror to check whether there was still thread because the nasal tip looked pointed, but now that 1 year has passed, there’s really none left, and it stayed until around 7-8 months. But somehow, compared with old photos, I feel like my nose now is slimmer than it was back then.. When I touch it or look from below, the threads seem to have all dissolved, but even now after a year, although it’s not as much as immediately after the procedure, it’s still slimmer and better than before the procedure lolololol The manager said that as the threads dissolve, collagen? or something forms where they were, so the nose gets corrected compared with before. I thought, yeah right, that’s probably a lie, and brushed it off, but looking now, it does seem a bit like that!!!!!! Oooh fascinating When I was looking into the procedure, I got scared after searching a lot for MISKO side effects, but I had no side effects at all. I was worried I might go blind, and during the procedure I kept opening one eye at a time lololol I did that, but it was such a simple procedure that those worries feel unnecessary. But the cost was a bit more expensive than other clinics doing cheap events, you know? I thought if it’s too cheap, there must be a reason.. But if it disappears this quickly, I wonder if it was a bit of a waste. It’s not even a difficult procedure, so I sometimes think I should’ve done it cheaply at a place with an event. Still, compared with old photos, I was really satisfied for several months after the procedure, so I have no regrets!!! I think it was a procedure worth doing!

But in the end, I’m saving money again to get incisional nostril reduction and nasal tip surgery. The end of procedures is ultimately.. surgery, I guess ㅠㅠ Sigh, this is my first time writing a review somewhere like this, and it takes surprisingly long and is hard. Even though it’s been a year, writing while bringing back the memories is kind of fun for me too, like writing a diary. I’m going to keep reading this community diligently, get lots of information, and upload lots of information too haha If you have any questions, leave a comment~~~
