At first, I was bothered by how my chin looked like it was protruding, so I went for a consultation. The doctor recommended paranasal augmentation + quick cheekbone reduction, and said that while touching the face as little as possible, the effect would be the same as jaw surgery, so I decided to do it. They also said they would remove the double-chin fat along the line under my chin, so I had that done too. It’s good that they didn’t touch my face too much, but the time it takes to look natural is so long.. Today is exactly one month, but it still looks awkward when I smile, I still have very little nerve sensation in my upper lip, and the swelling doesn’t seem to have fully gone down either. They said they put some of the fat from my chin into the front cheekbone area and injected something like skin Botox(?) over my whole face. I don’t know if it’s because of that, but my eyes seem to look sharper and smaller tooㅠㅠ I’m worried this might be what I look like after surgery.. It has been 2 years since my nose surgery, but after getting paranasal augmentation and cheekbone surgery, my nose stands out on my face, and it also looks a bit upturned, and my nostrils have become more visible ㅠㅠ
To summarize, nose surgery 2 years ago + paranasal augmentation 1 month ago + quick cheekbone surgery 1 month ago + double-chin liposuction 1 month ago + fat repositioning in the front cheekbone area 1 month ago + skin Botox 1 month ago That’s what I had done. How long will the swelling last? Is this really swellingㅠㅠ Surely swelling is all gone after 1 month, so is this my final post-surgery appearance? How long will it take for the nose looking upturned and the awkward smile to improve?
I’m even thinking about whether I should remove the paranasal augmentation or redo the nose surgery (or remove the silicone, since the nasal tip looks lifted). I’m having thoughts like that tooㅠㅠ
Should I wait longer? What should I doㅠㅠ My impression looks way too strong.....
