It’s been 4 years since I had double eyelid surgery. I was in middle school at the time of surgery, so I went to an ophthalmology clinic in my neighborhood that was known for being good at double eyelid surgery and had it doneㅠㅠ It was done with dissolvable sutures and a partial incision, but during recovery I touched one thread that was bothering my eye, and it came loose. So even now, on one side, if I cry or my eye gets very swollen, the crease disappears. The result is that I still sometimes use double eyelid tape or double eyelid glue... Still, mine turned out relatively well in my opinion, but the kids around me who had it done at the same clinic all had swelling that didn’t go down for over a year, and many ended up with inner double eyelidsㅠㅠ I think it’s better to research double eyelid surgery carefully before getting it done..
