Help me choose clinics for nose surgeryㅠㅠ (ㅈㅇㅈㅇ ㄴㄴ ㅁㅇㄷ ㄹㅂㄹ …

Everyone, I went around to clinics for nose surgery, and I’m really torn. Could you take a look and tell me what you think?? First of all, I have a hump nose, and although I want it to look natural, I definitely want the line corrected. I told them I don’t want them to touch the bridge thickness or the slightly round nasal tip, because I’m afraid it would look too obviously done if they do. Also, I’m stressed about my sunken forehead, so I had consultations for that too! 1.ㅈㅇㅈㅇ Nose + forehead fat grafting (1st session): 4.77 million KRW - Osteotomy + slightly raising the nasal tip with cartilage from one ear + bulbous nose correction - The step-off is not noticeable - Since I said I wanted a natural line, just tidying up the line - Fat grafting to forehead, anterior cheeks, and chin - Nose surgery and fat grafting are each performed by different directors, and there is a separate anesthesiologist - Free CCTV viewing - AS for 1 year, aftercare 3-4 times (swelling, scars) -The director kindly explained things and answered everything I was curious about, but for some reason I didn’t feel strongly drawn to it -During the consultation, they clearly said not to touch the nasal tip shape, but later bulbous nose correction was included too, so I was like, huh? 2.ㄴㄴ Nose + filler: 2.92 million KRW (Fat grafting 1st session: 1.2 million KRW / 2nd session: 1.8 million KRW) - Hump + nasal tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) -Slight deviation can be corrected -No need for bulbous nose correction -No nostril or nasal tip deformity x -If I only want to fill the sunken part of the forehead, they recommend filler (Fat grafting takes a lot of effort compared with the amount injected, including bruising at the donor site, etc.) -Free CCTV viewing -Aftercare is swelling laser and nasal dead-skin care -The consultant and director both explained things calmly -The wait time is a bit long, and there are many foreigners 3.ㅁㅇㄷ Nose + fat grafting: 4.96 million (If AlloDerm is added, 5.46 million) *Glabellar Botox service - Hump + nasal tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) -The nasal tip area is sturdy, so there will be no drooping or show-through -The bridge skin is thin, so if the osteotomy area looks like it may show through, it can be covered with AlloDerm (artificial dermis) (the doctor decides during surgery) -Fat grafting to forehead and anterior cheeks (just enough to match the volume on both sides) -Aftercare: sebum care, swelling, scar-tissue injection -The director actively explained while showing the nose shape with Photoshop -The consultant was very obviously steering me 4.ㄹㅂㄹ Nose: 1.65 million KRW (nose + nasal tip: 4 million KRW) - Shaving only the hump is enough -If I want to tidy the line too, I can do the nasal tip, but the director recommends shaving only the hump (both would suit me, so decide for myself) -Because nasal tip skin tries to return when pulled, if it is raised with septal cartilage it will droop (to prevent drooping, use costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage) -There is an anesthesiologist, but because it is sedation anesthesia, the director handles the anesthesia too -Recommended fixation with Botox rather than fat grafting (If I only want to fill the sunken forehead area, filler + Botox) -CCTV 100,000 KRW -AS 1 year -Swelling laser, injections -The consultation time was late, and the director’s surgery also ended late, so the consultation was rushed 5.ㅇㄴ Nose + nasal tip (septal cartilage + cartilage) + forehead fat grafting (2 sessions): 3.5 million KRW - Recommended shaving the hump and slightly raising the nasal tip -If only the hump is shaved, the nose can feel like it drops flatly and look long -My original bridge is thin and high, so shaving it won’t make it look thick -They also added bulbous nose correction, but since I said I like that my tip is a bit round now and don’t want it touched, they removed it -They recommend fat grafting only to the forehead rather than filler -There is a separate anesthesiologist, and an internal medicine exam is needed beforehand (separate cost) -CCTV can be viewed with police present if a problem occurs (Not for personal reasons or in real time) -Scar and swelling injections or laser management -Long wait time and many foreigners -The director isn’t exactly very kind If I shave only the hump and do the nasal tip later, it counts as revision surgery, so since I’m doing it anyway, would it be better to do the nasal tip too during the first surgery..?
