I’m doing consultations for my first nose surgery, and I have a small nose with a very low glabella and a hump. I don’t want to use silicone. Hospital 1) Nasal bridge/glabella filler + closed approach with ear cartilage (strut) + ear fascia Hospital 2) I haven’t been there, but I heard they do Megaderm for the nasal bridge through an open approach + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I’m worried about what to use on the nasal bridge to raise the glabella. Filler: spreads + not permanent, can be dissolved if there’s a problem Megaderm: spreads a bit + not permanent (absorbs), if there’s a problem, the nose has to be opened and scraped out Looking at it this way, the risk seems bigger with Megaderm, so I’m leaning toward Hospital 1. What do you think? If you think it’s not right, please stop me..
