I had LASEK in May 2022 My vision went from -6 and -6.5 to 1.5, and now I think it’s around 1.0~0.9. (They said it would only improve up to my corrected visual acuity, but it came out better.) I saw on other communities too that a lot of people with high myopia come here, and I went because my older brother had it done there 8 years ago. I went through a referral, so I think I got an eye-drop discount and paid somewhere between 1.1 and 1.3 million won. They also have orthokeratology lenses here, so the wait is really long. Reservation is a must! Even for regular checkups, I barely got to see the head director who did my surgery lol I’m not sure whether my dry eye got worse after surgery. It was already really badㅜㅠ I definitely see better and feel less dry when I use my phone less.
