I only had the septal cartilage removed. I did not have silicone or anything like that. I had hump osteotomy. After removal, my nose returned to my original nose, just without the hump. (My nostrils were originally asymmetrical.) My nose did not become more upturned than before the removal surgery. It is my original natural nose, from before the first surgery, meaning the state after only the hump was osteotomized, with a slightly masculine-looking nose. One week after the removal surgery, after removing the stitches from the incision inside the nose, the clinic said I did not need to come in again. The nasal tip is soft and squishy, but the middle of my nose hurts when I touch it. I’m still being careful. Both photos show my current appearance, but it’s because the phone camera condition was different when taking them. There are no issues with the columella, etc., and currently there are no problems.
