I used a septal support to raise my nasal tip, had nasal tip fat removal and nasal tip cartilage tying, shaved down a hump, and put in 2 mm, but I had everything undone. But on day 3, it’s higher than my original nose shape, and I had a droopy nose, but it looks similar to how it did after surgery. Why is that? Will the nasal tip come down more? And as time passes, will the nasal tip cartilage spread out more?
