The problems with my nose now are that the left and right shapes are too different After I lost some weight, both sides show through in the shape of the silicone The ear cartilage at the nasal tip, which had been fine, has protruded forward. (It doesn’t hurt or anything) I had correction for a crooked nose, but it still looks crooked It’s too high and like a chalk nose, so it looks artificial and the plastic surgery look is too obvious
