I’m planning to get incisional double eyelid surgery because of sunken eyes, and also under-eye fat surgery. Some doctors recommend putting under-eye fat into the fat pockets in my sunken upper eyes rather than using fat from the abdomen or thighs (ㅁㅊㅍ,ㅇㅅㅈ,ㄱㅎㅅ). When I think about it, I do feel like using under-eye fat, which is similar in nature to upper-eye fat, would be good. But my skin is very thin, so even now the blue veins around my eyes are visible, and I’m worried that if the fat is removed, the blood vessels might show through in that area and make it look dark. After under-eye fat removal, could the under-eye area become dark or could blood vessels show through?
