There is still quite a bit of swelling on the inner side of the hidden double-eyelid line (the folded part), and I think there is also some swelling toward the outer side of the eyelid. Bruising is still left at the outer corner of the eye too. People around me reacted by saying they can’t tell I had surgery (nothing has changed), that it turned out natural, that the iris is definitely more visible, that my eyes somehow look clearer and more sparkling, that my eye shape looks more defined, that something has changed, and that my eyes did get bigger, roughly that much. Maybe because they’re my own photos, when I look at the photos I feel a huge difference compared to before surgery, but (honestly, the effect of the canthoplasty? I’m not sure, just when looking overall) Since my orbital bones, eyeballs, and irises themselves take up a small proportion of my face, I don’t think people feel a major change in my overall image.
