Three years ago, I had silicone for the nasal bridge + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + rhinitis surgery. I haven’t had any side effects during that time, but the rhinitis only lasted a few months before coming back. It turned out so natural that if I don’t say I had nose surgery, nobody would know. A pretty natural-nose kind of feel..? If you see it as a pro, it’s a pro, and if you see it as a con, it’s a con. I was most satisfied at about one month, and once all the swelling went down, it felt a bit disappointing. But not to the point that I’d think about revision surgery.
