My original nose was too long and droopy.. I was someone whose wish was for my nose to be lifted like an upturned nose, so I had revision surgery, and I’m so satisfied that I came to write a review haha I asked them to lift it as short as possible, and they lifted it right up to the point just before they would have said that lifting it any more would make it an upturned nose! Honestly, I think I would have liked it even if it had been lifted more My wish was to have my nostrils visible from the front.. As they lifted my nose, they also lowered the columella by reinforcing the columellar strut so that my nostrils wouldn’t show too much! I hope this helps people with long noses see what happens when the nose is lifted haha
