Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Review from the day of surgery to week 2.

This is my review from the day of surgery to week 2. I had surgery with Director Kim In-sang at Bㅇㅇ Clinic. It was a clinic I really trusted, and since I live outside Seoul, I booked everything together so I could have the consultation and surgery on the same day. My appointment was at 4:00: photo shoot > consultation with the director > consultation with the consultant (this is when the final surgical areas were decided) > surgery at 5:00 > returned to the recovery room at 6:00 > went home at 7:00. You have to fast for 8 hours before surgery, so if you are getting surgery, I really hope you schedule it early. Staying on an empty stomach until 4 p.m. was so hard for meㅠ I went in thinking only about Kozelko, but the director also recommended improving the nasal bridge. He explained two ways to raise the nasal bridge: using silicone only, or using temporal fascia + osteotomy. I was not confident about doing the nasal bridge, so I decided to do only Kozelko, and I liked that there was absolutely no pressure. They also gave local anesthesia during surgery, so on the day of surgery, my ear and nose amazingly did not hurt at all. But because I had sleep anesthesia, I was very dizzy and out of it, so if I had come to Seoul alone, I think it would have been hard going back. If you live outside Seoul, I definitely recommend coming with one companion! On the morning of the first day after surgery, my nose did not hurt when I woke up, but my ear hurt so, so much, and my face felt so hot that I kept alternating the two ice packs the clinic gave me to cool it down. Also, since the nose was operated on only on the right side, the right nostril was much larger, so I watched the progress. On day 3, since I live outside Seoul, I removed the ear and nose taping at home. There was some stickiness left, so it was a bit difficult to remove. I liked the nose line, but because my face is asymmetrical, the nose line looked different from the right and left side profiles, and my nose was leaning to one sideㅠ On day 7, I visited the clinic, and it went in the order of photo shoot > ear stitch removal > swelling laser > meeting with the director. When I compared it with the pre-surgery photos, I realized my face had been asymmetrical from the startㅜㅜ So I had no choice but to accept my crooked body and face. Still, people around me said I became prettier in a natural way, so I am satisfied! And since a lot of the swelling has gone down, I do think it would have been prettier if I had done the nasal bridge too, but I am still satisfied!! Also, because it was definitely done with a closed approach, the recovery has been amazing, there have been no side effects, and I really like it so far!! If you want to become prettier naturally without people noticing, and if you like a natural, defined nose, I totally recommend it!
