I went around for consultations at Be The New and Log Both places said my nasal bridge would be okay even without implants, but since my nose is a bit small, there might not be enough septal cartilage material, so they suggested doing it safely with donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. If I do it, I think I’d probably use autologous costal cartilage. These days a lot of people use autologous costal cartilage for their first surgery, so I’m drawn to it
