I had revision rhinoplasty. For the nasal tip, they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and for the nasal bridge, silicone!! My nose line was so bad that I wondered if I’d really had surgery It’s only after the revision surgery that I’m finally satisfied.. The nasal tip hasn’t dropped at all so far, and the line is being maintained well too, so I probably don’t need to think about a third surgery, right??
