Is there anyone who can talk like me? (No discount)

I had nose reconstruction surgery last month, and since it was 100000% paid entirely out of my own pocket with no discount at all, I'm going to write about what I was satisfied with and what I was dissatisfied with. I don’t think there are many people who can write like this. First, I had my first surgery 12 years ago with mesh + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. It was fine for about 10 years, but suddenly, starting around a year ago, my nose would get red and swollen like it was inflamed??? Then it would go down, and that repeated a few times. When I pressed it, I felt this weird sensation where pain and itchiness coexisted, kind of like an unripe pus-filled pimple? And my nose shape kept getting lower too, but aside from it getting lower, at some point it felt like my nose had gotten shorter. That’s when I realized the situation was serious and immediately started looking into clinics, which was around November last year. Maybe because I already had experience from one surgery, I didn’t really trust apps or cafes much, so I just went into this community and plastic-surgery-related chat rooms and gathered information. I got close to a few people there and started contacting them privately, and while receiving real reviews of contracted noses and hearing about their consultations, I roughly figured out the costs at different clinics and excluded the places that didn’t seem right for me. There were a few clinics I had been recommended, and among them, two caught my interest. One was in Sinsa and one was around Sinnonhyeon. One was a place many people go to and that had been around for a long time, but it also had lots of negative posts, while the other one seemed decent overall but was a new clinic. The place I was leaning toward was the one in Sinsa, but when I actually went, it was too flashy, so opinions were extremely divided. The new clinic had decent reviews and focused mainly on noses, so I was drawn to it too, but still, it was new... But then I thought about it, if I just go with the place I’m drawn to, whether I end up regretting the surgery or whatever happens, at least I can blame myself, and I liked the aesthetic sense and the director’s style better at the latter, so after a lot of thought, I ended up having surgery at Finish. Now I’m going to talk about the pros and cons, so read carefully. For the pros, first, maybe because the clinic is new, the hygiene is clean and the interior looks nice, so it just puts me at ease mentally. And if you look at reviews for this clinic, some say the director is serious, and that is honestly true. But the downside is that he is not a fun person. Of course, I’m not having surgery for entertainment, so I see that as a good thing. And I saw a lot of posts saying the clinic has CT for autologous costal cartilage, and that’s right, they really do a CT scan when you go. It doesn’t take long. You just spread your arms and do what they tell you, and it’s over quickly. And they consult with you as much as you want? If they think the patient hasn’t fully understood, they explain it in even easier words. I was listening to the explanation and kept asking because there were things I didn’t understand, and after about 3 seconds of silence, he kept explaining. Seeing things like that, doctors really aren’t just anyone. It seems like an extreme job. And this was the most important thing for me: they seem to have many cases of contracted-nose surgery. After seeing my nose condition, he explained at my level why the heat sensation had kept flaring up and settling down, why it hurt when pressed, and why I occasionally had throbbing pain. Looking at the CT, he even knew how my previous surgery had been done and what materials they had used and how they had tried to operate, and things like that too. That really drew me in. Lastly, this may just be personal preference, but I liked the nose design. When going around for consultations for a contracted nose, many places were just focused on lowering the nose, and when they showed before-and-after photos of contracted-nose cases, I saw many that had just lowered the shortened nose and ended up looking like a bulbous nose. I liked that there wasn’t anything like that. Now for the cons. The downside is that when you go to the clinic, you have to wait. Even with an appointment, it seems like waiting 20 minutes is basically standard. If you’re in a hurry??? Then you’ll probably need to book your appointment 30 minutes earlier than your desired time to get in at the time you want. There are a lot of people... And this is both a pro and a con, but I said the director’s explanations are long. If you’re impatient or have another consultation afterward, you might feel pressed for time?.. But I think this can be adjusted if you talk to the consultant. So if there’s a clinic you’re really curious about or one you want to like, I recommend putting that consultation last like I did. It’s been over a month since the reconstruction surgery, and I still have swelling now. A lot of the major swelling has gone down, but it’s still a huge nose. More swelling is supposed to go down from here. If it doesn’t, I’m in trouble; My nose has come down a lot, and maybe because I had septal reconstruction, nostril lowering, bulbous-nose correction, and alar reduction too, it just feels like I swapped in a completely new nose. I don’t know if I’m allowed to reveal the cost, but I paid 9.41 million won. It was a bit over the budget I had in mind, but I thought of it as my final investment and went for it. Honestly, because of the swelling, I’m not 100% satisfied yet, but I still think it’s better than before, and if the swelling goes down like this and the nasal tip comes down just a little more, I think I’ll like it. They intentionally raised the nasal tip more, taking into account that it would come down. Photos... lol I paid full price for the surgery, so why would I upload photos...
