It didn’t change dramatically, but if you’re aiming for naturalness, I recommend using only cartilage. I don’t really like flashy results, so I didn’t put in silicone, and I think that was a good choice. But the hump nose didn’t disappear completely, and it’s more like the low nasal tip was raised!
