Originally, I decided to have my first surgery because I had a hump, but when I went to the clinic, they said I also had an upturned nose. They said many people do not realize they have an upturned nose because of the hump. So since I had to operate on the hump anyway, I had my first surgery using ear cartilage. I was completely satisfied with the result of the first surgery, but about 3 months later, while playing in the water, I hit it really hard, and pain started, and my nose began to become crooked. After that, the nasal tip became crooked and lifted. From then on, I felt like contracture had started, so I decided on revision surgery. I already had an upturned nose, but after the water-play accident, my nose looked even more upturned… Seriously, those of you who have had plastic surgery... please be careful with your nose!! I think it is dangerous if you hit it hard.
I felt awkward about going back to the clinic.. and work was busy, so I just lived with it, but eventually, about 11 months after the first surgery, I went back for a consultation and, because of the crooked nose, decided to have revision surgery in the end. Both my first surgery and revision surgery were done at ㅇㅅㅅㅇㅌ in Apgujeong... This time, costal cartilage was used for spreader grafting, along with donated costal cartilage and cartilage from the opposite ear.
I had both the first surgery and the revision surgery with Director Hwang. I knew he mainly does revision surgeries, but the result is even more satisfying than I expected, so these days I keep taking selfies. I will post reviews while hoping my face becomes even more natural as time gradually passes~ A lot of people worry about revision surgery, so I hope my information helps. Fighting!!!!
