I had mine done in Daegu about five years ago. I asked them to make it as natural as possible, so if I didn’t say I had it done, no one knew. For those planning to get nose surgery, please think it over once more, and think of the effective lifespan as around 5-7 years. Still, if you want to do it, don’t use things like Gore-Tex or autologous dermis; make sure to use silicone. It is the easiest material to remove, relatively speaking. And don’t use septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Doctors usually recommend septal cartilage, and since it is autologous tissue, there are no side effects, but they say it is difficult when removing itㅠ Also, the nose becomes extremely hard, enough that it is obvious as soon as you touch it. If you touch the nasal tip, you can think of it as feeling like touching ear cartilage.
