I got my stitches removed, day 6

I got the external stitches removed today! When I went today and asked clearly, they said they used septal cartilage to build the support, only inserted a silicone implant, and after complete removal, they slightly tied together the separated cartilage. They said because it was weak, they couldn’t just leave it alone, so they tied it only slightly. Visually, there’s no pinching or anything like that at all, but I’m worried it might lift later or cause side effects The swelling is really going down fast haha. I don’t have bruising either. The pimple next to my nose is bigger. I think the lifting of the nasal tip has come down a little. But I don’t know how it’ll be during the contraction phase. I should try not to think about it as much as possible, but I don’t know if I can They said I can wash my face and wear makeup, but told me not to let water get inside my nose. They also said there’s no chance of getting a saddle nose. My original doctor had something scheduled and was off that day, so I asked the nurse who assisted with the surgery. Since she watched the surgery process together, she seemed to know it well. My septal cartilage was soaked in blood and had shriveled up. Can cartilage shrivel up too? hahaha Anyway, when I get the internal stitches removed in week 2, I’m scheduled to see the doctor and have a follow-up consultation.
