I have already had three revision surgeries on my nose, and because the nasal tip was short, I even had costal cartilage and nostril-lowering surgery. It came down a lot until about 6 months, but as time passed, it went back up a little again. Part of me thinks I should just live like this, and part of me wonders if it would be okay if I just did it one last time. I guess human desire really has no end
