Is there anyone here who has had revision surgery for a pinched noseㅠㅠ? I went to a lot of consultations, and it was really almost split half and half. Three places said that if I get ear cartilage grafting, my nose will become bulky, so they would release what had been tied and straighten it out. Four places said I need ear cartilage grafting, saying that among the patients they had operated on, they had never seen anyone who looked bulky or anything like that..,, If anyone has improved a pinched nose, I’m curious what method you used, whether it improved satisfactorily without grafting if you didn’t have grafting, and if you had cartilage grafting, whether it felt foreign or looked bulky ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
