I was born with a low, small nose. My skin is also thin, so I’m an extreme case. My first surgery was L-shaped silicone. A step-off developed at the nasal tip, so I had revision surgery with donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm and lived well, but after about 10 years, the nasal tip started showing through again and became bumpy. It got worse after my baby headbutted me, and the bumpiness also feels like the nasal tip cartilage may have separated. I’m looking into a third surgery, but the more I look into it, the harder it gets. My wannabe nose is something plump and natural, like actress So Yoo-jin’s nose maybe? Now that I’ve given birth and gotten older, more than the nose itself being pretty, I need something natural and comfortable. I also went for consultations about complete removal, but because my nose is originally very low, many advised against it. I didn’t have inflammation, but my skin is so thin that it feels like a reconstruction-level case, so I narrowed it down like this. What do you think? 콩콩땅 If you want it natural, Jeongwon seems better
하얀머리 If it’s revision surgery, it might be good to also go consult Director Kim at ㅃㄹ. I’ve seen 431 mentioned a lot for revisions
태영몬 I think doing it naturally while matching your face is better and won’t go out of style haha Your thin skin seems similar to mine, and I had surgery at Jeongwon and have been doing fine without any issues
푸히 I’m leaving a comment because I’m so torn between complete removal and revision surgery I had L-shaped silicone about 10 years ago and I’m currently getting consultations because it shows through under my nose I went to ㄷㄹ Gangnam, and they said that if I do complete removal, the sense of loss will be big; they can do it, but they recommend revision surgery I’m so torn I’m planning to go to ㅇ&ㅇ, ㅍㄹㅁ, and ㅊㅁ all this week...
