Nose Re-Surgery

Revision surgery for thin skin, nasal tip show-through, and a pointy nasal tip

I was born with a low, small nose. My skin is also thin, so I’m an extreme case. My first surgery was L-shaped silicone. A step-off developed at the nasal tip, so I had revision surgery with donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm and lived well, but after about 10 years, the nasal tip started showing through again and became bumpy. It got worse after my baby headbutted me, and the bumpiness also feels like the nasal tip cartilage may have separated. I’m looking into a third surgery, but the more I look into it, the harder it gets. My wannabe nose is something plump and natural, like actress So Yoo-jin’s nose maybe? Now that I’ve given birth and gotten older, more than the nose itself being pretty, I need something natural and comfortable. I also went for consultations about complete removal, but because my nose is originally very low, many advised against it. I didn’t have inflammation, but my skin is so thin that it feels like a reconstruction-level case, so I narrowed it down like this. What do you think?
