Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

Those who have had revision eye surgery or know eyes well, please take a look (day 14 eyes)

This is revision eye surgery. The skin had sagged so much that my double eyelids disappeared, and my eyes had previously had failed epicanthoplasty and lateral/lower canthoplasty. Previously, the lateral/lower canthoplasty wasn't done properly on one side, so after the lateral/lower canthoplasty, one lacrimal caruncle was very visible like in my pre-op photos. So I had restoration, upper canthoplasty, ptosis correction, and incisional surgery all done. I know I’ll have to wait for the swelling to go down, but the inner corners of my eyes are bothering me. I don’t know if it’s just hard to make them exactly the same or if they’re uneven. Once the swelling goes down, will it not be noticeable? What is after-service revision? In the end, it means cutting again and doing another surgery, right? Also, my right eye opens less, and I thought ptosis correction means 85% to 90% of the iris is exposed, so why can I only see about half? Experts, please take a look
