Eye Re-Surgery

Thank You Plastic Surgery weekend waiting time…..

I scheduled a consultation appointment more than a month ago. I picked the date with plenty of time, and went according to the appointment time. The appointment time is meaningless. Endless waiting. What makes me even angrier is that even during the endless wait, they don’t give any guidance about the waiting time, and after waiting 50 minutes, I asked how long I had to wait, and they said it’s normal to wait 1-2 hours?? Ridiculous. They weren’t apologetic at all, just said something like, “Weekends are normally like this?” After I waited all that time and asked, they treated me like I was the weird one. At the front desk, they rambled on about how they also have to do surgical patient designs and so on. What really pisses me off is an older woman with an appointment an hour later came an hour early on her own, and then said since she came early, please do the procedure on time (= exactly at her appointment time)? Because she made a fuss, someone gets treated on time, and because I quietly waited, they treated me like a total pushover and I get a consultation delayed by 1 hour, fuck. No sign of being sorry, and the front-desk staff just stood there blankly, acting like it was normal. Ah what a waste of time. I’m already in a bad mood before even consulting with the director. I shouldn’t do it at a place like this… It feels like even after surgery, the aftercare wouldn’t be handled properly ㅡㅡ And they sent me so many damn texts saying to come on time for the consultation, pressuring me like I mustn’t be late, so why they act like this I don’t know. The waiting is worse than 1mm. At 1mm, they overdid it and kept apologizing for the wait to the point it was embarrassing, but here they’re brazen as hell.
