I had alar reduction at ㄱㅃ Plastic Surgery, and it was a total disaster. They advertised online that they perform surgery without leaving scars, so I did it, but they left truly all-time-worst scars. The alar base was reduced, but my nostrils are uneven. Usually, when you get alar reduction, scars only form along the alar wing line. But here, they made two big holes right next to my nose that look like needles went in, so I went to another hospital and had scar revision surgery. The doctor is a total quack.
