I have some silicone showing through... it bothers me, thisㅠ While I’m at it, could I remove the silicone and do it without implants? I did book the consultation as revision rhinoplasty, but... I’m curious if it’s possible without implants too... I saw quite a few reviews of revision surgery without implants at Avec. Could someone like me also do it?? Dareum also seems famous for non-implant rhinoplasty, so if I go for a consultation there too and ask whether revision rhinoplasty without implants is possible, will they tell me?ㅠ
zerubyyy If you go for consultation, they’ll tell you whether a no-implant nose is possible or not.
단하김 Revision with no implant is possible. If you ask at consultation, most places will tell you — except for truly special cases.
나항 I had the silicone removed and then had revision surgery with no implant. Doing it without an implant is possible, but it can differ depending on the condition of the nose—ask at consultation.
