In November 2017, I first had cheekbone and square jaw surgery. Around May 2020, I had chin advancement and deep cheek fat removal. I wanted to do everything at once in 2017, but the money I had saved was a bit short, so I did the cheekbones and square jaw first, but hmm.. Honestly, the square jaw review is that it slightly gives a dog-jaw look, and the cheekbones are also slightly asymmetrical. Because I’m ambiguously dissatisfied, I sometimes want revision surgery, but when I think about the hardship and the money, I’m like, at this level I should just live with itㅋㅋㅋ The square jaw is also partly because, back then, sharply shaving it down was the trend. These days, having a slight angle left is the trend ㅠㅠ I was satisfied with just the square jaw and cheekbones, but it was definitely a bit awkward that I hadn’t done the chin together, and I kept thinking whenever I looked in the mirror that it would have been much prettier if I had done them together, so I eventually did it. A few years later, I went and had chin advancement and deep cheek fat removal, and I’m completely satisfied. It’s natural, and there are no side effects at all. There is still absolutely no sagging like a witch’s chin, and no pebble chin or clumping at all. I debated whether to do deep cheek fat removal, but I thought since I was doing it, I should do everything at once, and I think I did really well to do it together. When I had surgery, I think the nurse who cared for me all night was Chinese, and I remember she took really good care of me even when I coughed or tossed and turned. Aside from the slight dog-jaw-like look, I’m satisfied with the three-part facial contouring, but if I could go back to before surgery, I would want to clearly say what I wanted during the consultation. Back then I was young and didn’t know anything, so I just said please make me pretty and had surgery, which I regret ㅠ
