The doctor explained everything very kindly and in detail. The procedure took about 20 to 30 minutes, but maybe because the doctor also does plastic surgery in addition to dermatology procedures and is very busy, while doing the procedure he kept talking with the nurse about patients behind me, so it did not feel like he was focusing on my skin during the procedure. And when I actually had it done, there was not much difference before and after. I had it twice at one-month intervals, and the second time definitely had some effect compared with the first, but it felt more like I was getting a procedure matched to an existing package rather than treatment tailored to my facial concerns. For the price, the results were not good, so I do not think I will ever go again.
