<Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery>I kept getting nose surgery because I wasn’t happy with my nose, and now it ended up being my 4th time The last surgery I had before this revision surgery was 3 years ago at a 3-syllable hospital in Apgujeong. Right after that surgery, my nose was already crooked, so I was basically thinking about getting an AS almost as soon as I had the surgery. They said they would do an AS later, so I got it, but it was still crooked, and the crookedness kept bothering me. I also wanted to refine the overall shape, so this time I had surgery thinking it would be my last. I’m the type who doesn’t like to take a long time comparing things, so until now, I would just go for consultations and make a reservation if I felt the place was okay, you know? But I think that was one of the reasons my surgeries went wrong, and if it went wrong again, I’d have to do a 5th surgery, so this time I organized my reference materials and really put effort into finding a hospital. I mainly went to hospitals that do natural-looking noses, not overly flashy ones, but once I went to consultations, each hospital had different aesthetic standards, and some hospitals looked extremely flashy but stubbornly insisted it was natural lol So I wanted to focus on places where I could see a simulation, and I filtered out places that only drew on paper or an iPad. Also, since this was my 4th surgery, I think I paid close attention to whether they had a good understanding of my nose condition. I skipped places that felt like salons, just saying things like what size silicone to use, what to use for the columella, and what else to use, and I wanted to go somewhere that had clear reasons for why those materials had to be used, so I looked for that kind of place. It might feel like I was being too strict, but if this one failed too, it would be my 5th surgeryㅜㅜ??? Fortunately, there was a place called Finish that I liked, and they also had an autologous costal cartilage CT there. They use it to tell you whether autologous costal cartilage can be used, and thankfully I was eligible, so I decided to use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Because I had gone through multiple surgeries, my nose had become pinched, so I decided to correct the pinched nose at the same time. For silicone, autologous costal cartilage, crooked nose + bulbous nose + nasolabial angle + pinched nose, it cost around 7.78 million won, I think. I had the surgery at the end of December. Normally, when I have surgery, I bruise and swell really badly. But this time, the swelling and bruising went down so fast that I wondered if my body had become suited for surgery. Before, it took about 3 to 4 weeks or more for them to go down. Oh, but this time it might also be because I did warm/cold compresses properly when needed. Before, because my nose was so crooked, I looked a bit masculine, but after surgery, once my nose was centered, the symmetry improved too, and it just made me look much more feminine, so I’m really happy with it. I wasn’t aiming to look like some goddess. I wanted a refined image with the centerline and shape corrected, and it came out exactly like the image I wanted, so I’m not going to touch it anymore. I think most of the swelling is already gone. Like 0 Empathy emoticon Translating Would you like to save this review? +2 This is a surgery review pursuing a flashy look.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
