From what I’ve found out, people say that if you use ear cartilage or septal cartilage, the nasal tip drops quickly.. The rhinoplasty YouTubers I watched also all had revision surgery..?! Anyway, they use costal cartilage a lot... But among the places I went around to today, only the place that’s supposedly famous for revision surgery? recommended costal cartilage, and the rest all said since it’s my first surgery, they would use ear cartilage and septal cartilage... If I use ear cartilage and septal cartilage, will it not sag later..?! And is costal cartilage usually around 7-8 million won..?! It was more than twice the price of ear cartilage, so I was shocked....
햄승 If you do it with ear cartilage, it definitely seems to sag... So even though it’s my first surgery, I’m looking at costal cartilage But donated costal cartilage gets absorbed, and if I try to do autologous costal cartilage, then because of the scar near the ribs....... What should I do
태태xo They do use costal cartilage a lot for revision surgery. For first surgeries, they mostly use cartilage.
