It has been a few years since I had the surgery. I only had the nasal tip slightly done with ear cartilage, and I didn’t put an implant in the nasal bridge. Because I liked a natural look... But I kind of regret it. It’s too natural, and the middle of my nose is slightly sunken. They do say that can sometimes happen when you don’t use an implant, but if I were to do it again, I’d want to put in even a small implant.
