It’s already been 5 years The bones definitely do get reduced, but asymmetry doesn’t improve very well, and a lot of scar tissue remains inside the mouth. Aftercare is important And there definitely is sagging. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re going to keep managing it. Even if I keep dieting, the facial fat doesn’t come off easily.
