4 years ago, I had my first surgery on both eyes with the buried suture method, and 2 years ago I had revision surgery on just one eye with a second buried suture procedure, but both eyes have come undone( ; ; ; ) Both were natural adhesion, and there were 4 holes. Every doctor has told me that my skin is thick and that it’s hard for my double eyelids to stay, so I went to 6 places for consultations, but only 2 places said they could do the surgery with the buried suture method( ; ; ;) The rest said it would be better to do it with an incision, but can they really make the line pretty with an incision like the doctors say? When I look at photos of people with thick skin who had incisional surgery where the incision area became shallow and the line almost disappeared, I feel like that’s what will happen to me too. Epic and I-nique said buried suture would also be possible, so I was thinking of choosing one of those two for buried suture. But would it be better to do it with an incision?
