Would it be okay to go to Top Class, OM, or Louvre? For my first surgery, it turned out too natural, so I looked up reviews of more dramatic noses, but since there also seem to be signs of inflammation, I feel like I shouldn't choose based only on the shape, so I'm not sure. They seem to do a lot of autologous costal cartilage surgeries, but I'm not sure whether they are also good at handling problems like inflammation and contracture. What do you think?
