When I look at reviews of short nose correction, it seems like a lot of cases use rib cartilage. sjdhdh After my first surgery, my nasal tip lifted up and got shorter and it was a mess, but when I had it done at Hanabi, they used rib cartilage and did reshape it. From what I see, it seems like rib cartilage isn’t used that much for first surgeries, but for revision surgery, depending on the condition of the nose, there do seem to be cases where using rib cartilage is right.

The plastic surgery clinic I went to told me that because my nose was small and short, I shouldn’t be greedy with silicone, or it would collapse.. They did say that if I wanted a high, striking look, I should do it with rib cartilage, but I thought a natural look would be better, so I did septal cartilage + ear cartilage.. But seriously, now there’s not even 1 trace that I had my nose done.. Nobody knows. But I do have the desire that it would be nice if it were just a little higher lolol
jptod There are limitations with septal cartilage, so I think there are many cases where rib cartilage is used, in cases like a short nose.
