I had surgery 4 years ago, and they placed AlloDerm, which is almost not used these days, on the nasal tip... I heard AlloDerm is a material with quite a lot of side effects. Thankfully, I didn’t have any side effects, but the shape is bad. They didn’t use ear cartilage either, and the silicone is crooked too. The nasal tip is lower than the nasal bridge I’m thinking about revision surgery..
